Ever wondered what is feels to embody and personify someone else? The Buzz Wig is a floating swoosh of vibrant felt “hair,” allowing you to step inside it. The wig becomes a costume and a new identity. Within, you see nothing but an ephemeral black dome. You hear sounds from around you, not from the outside but from within. Are these sounds of someone’s inner thoughts or are they your own subconscious?

The Buzz Wig was the Gold Prize winner in the Design Installation category at RIX Reka Interior Exhibition 2019. The installation features the Amina Invincible Speakers by Nextrend and the voice recordings of Robyn Lau.
